Since our formation in 2003 ‘Asbestos Surveys and Inspections Ltd.’ has aimed to provide a reliable first-class service to all our clients, whether a single corner shop owner or larger clients such as the National Trust or the Duchy of Cornwall. We pride ourselves on our user-friendly, easy to understand reports (see references), and aim to turn around all survey reports within five working days.
In 2006, the company expanded and started providing fire risk assessments, in many cases asbestos surveys and fire risk assessments are carried out at the same visit, a saving that is passed on to the client. We quickly established ourselves as a national company and are now in the process of completing 500 plus depots for Speedy Hire plc. In the summer of 2007 we moved to larger premises to cope with the expansion.
The Company carries full Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
All surveys are carried out to HSE Standard MDHS 100, and all surveyors hold British Occupational Hygiene Society P402 proficiency certificates in "Building Surveys and Bulk Sampling for Asbestos".
